My name is Sarah Volans-Seymour and I have over 20 years experience working with children. I am passionate about my own fitness, particularly in the great outdoors. This motivates me to focus on getting children more active.


My aim is to raise awareness and the understanding of health risks to children who prefer screen time to being active. In this era of technology, I believe we need to offer opportunities to young children to get them active and to develop new skills.


My children’s fitness sessions are all about getting active and having fun in a safe environment. I offer fitness sessions indoors and outdoors.
